A large cream city brick warehouse that used to be the roasting hub for Stone Creek Coffee. Several years before the apocalypse occurred, the company downsized, leaving its large roasting warehouse in favor of a smaller, more easily managed space in Riverwest. Shortly following this move, the building was slated for demolition due to its dilapidated state, and irreparable damage to the inner walls from the roasting. However, the project was bumped due to other, more important infrastructure tasks, and the building remained vacant through the apocalypse.
Now, the cream city brick is all but disintegrated; falling brick has injured several passers-by since it was vacated. Remnants of old coffee beans are scattered throughout, and the wood floors are rotting in places (it may not be safe to walk in these areas). The basement has been closed off for years, and is likely a petri dish of mold and other harmful breathable substances. Though, there may be interesting items to find down there - nobody has dared to look. The upper floor is caved in, the result of the highway collapse shortly after the apocalypse occurred. Everyone says that eventually the whole building will collapse, but so far it's held up... for the most part. Not an ideal place to stay for a long period of time.
